Train
Rotterdam Central Station has direct routes from Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport, as well as Brussels, Antwerp, Paris, and London (Eurostar).
The train to Rotterdam Central from Amsterdam is the intercity direct – this is the most direct service and needs a different ticket (30 minutes).
To get to the venue from Rotterdam Central it is a 30-minute walk. Or you can catch a train to Rotterdam Blaak (3 minutes). From Blaak you can take the Metro to Metrostation Oostplein (2 minutes) and walk to the venue (6 minutes), or walk directly from Blaak (15 minutes.)
Plane
You can fly into Rotterdam The Hague Airport, or you can fly into Amsterdam Schiphol Airport which has a 25 minute train directly into the heart of Rotterdam.
Ferry / Coach
It is possible to travel to Rotterdam from the UK via ferry with daily departures from Harwich to Hook of Holland. Cabins are available. Hook of Holland is a 30-minute drive to central Rotterdam, and also connected by public transport.
Rotterdam is easy to reach by coaches throughout Europe. There are daily coaches from London Victoria which makes use of the Dover to Calais ferry route.
Car
Rotterdam is easily accessible by car.
Parking on the road is pretty expensive (€3/hour). Some parking garages are less expensive in the area.
Cheaper is the Park&Ride – Kralingse Zoom 70, 3062 SM Rotterdam. Park and take the metro (A, B, C) to Gerdesiaweg (6 min). Park first 72 hours for free (after that €0.50/14 minutes – €21/ day) (metro tickets are needed for payment)
Bicycle
In addition to the metro and taxi services, Rotterdam has excellent cycle routes. Bikes can easily be rented via apps such as Donkey Republic and Lime, and are a great way to explore the city.

The Gathering ’24 will be held at the Kome En Zie, Pentecostal Church, Boezemweg 166, 3031 BP Rotterdam.
The Gathering is an annual event run by 24-7 Prayer that brings together people from across the international movement with a passion to revive the church and rewire the culture through non-stop night and day prayer, mission and justice. We’re going to Rotterdam for The Gathering ’24: a time of prayer, worship and teaching as we join from different countries to share together and seek God’s presence. The Gathering’24 will be an in-person event, but also live-streamed if you can’t join us in person.
If you buy your ticket before the 14th of June, you'll get the Early Bird Rate of £140.
Every year at The Gathering, we host a legendary party, and as part of the fun, individuals and groups bid hundreds of pounds for homemade items. The funds we raise travel all around the world to support what God is doing. In the past, your generosity has paid rent for single mums, supported the growth of new 24-7 Prayer teams, sent the good news of Jesus where it’s needed most, and so much more.
Yes - there is a discounted ticket rate for students. If you buy your ticket before 17th July, you'll get the Student Early Bird Rate of £95. If you would like information on available bursaries, contact [email protected].
When you buy a ticket, you'll be sent an 'Invoice' email - this is your ticket. Present the QR code in the email when you come to register.
Yes. The Gathering will be translated into Dutch, French, German and Spanish.
Yes. Day tickets will be available closer to the event.

The Gathering ’24 will start on the evening of Thursday 31 October, and end on the evening of Saturday 2nd November (exact timings are to be confirmed and may be subject to change).
While we can't recommend specific places in Rotterdam, there are plenty of hotels around the venue and AirBnBs in the wider area. The 24-7 Prayer team will be staying at Citizen M in Rotterdam.
We’re inviting you to a birthday party like no other. At this year’s Gathering, we’ll be celebrating 25 years since the launch of the first ever 24-7 Prayer room, and a quarter of a century of unbroken prayer across the globe.
Our Gatherings are always an opportunity to pray, worship and learn together, but this year is special. This year we’ll be celebrating the significant journey that’s brought us here, and we’ll be looking ahead to how God is inviting us to partner with him, to build his kingdom in our nations and in our world.

The 24-7 Prayer Netherlands team are welcoming us to Rotterdam for The Gathering ’24, and we’re so excited! There’s a 24-7 House of Prayer in Rotterdam, and if you were at The Gathering last year, you might remember that the Generosity Auction raised money to help the team launch a community cafe. We’re looking forward to seeing the cafe, visiting the house of prayer, and experiencing Dutch hospitality.
Rotterdam is a beautiful city with plenty of accommodation and great transport links to the rest of Europe.
